Basic Principles of Editorial Policy

The Journal provides direct open access to its content, based on the following principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge sharing.

The Journal’s materials are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Global License.

Free reproduction of the Journal’s materials is allowed for personal, information, research, academic or cultural purposes in accordance with Art. 1273 and 1274, Ch. 70, Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When quoting, a link to the Journal is required. Other types of reproduction are possible only after written agreement of the copyright holder. 

The data storage policy is aimed at selecting, storing and providing access to the archives of the Journal and includes the following objectives: compliance of archiving materials with state standards for archiving; registration and publication of articles according to professional standards; provision of wide access to the archived material, provided for publishing practice.  

All articles published in the Journal and their metadata are stored in the Russian State Library, the Russian Book Chamber, on the Publisher's server and are available on the Journal’s website for free.

The Journal is distributed by subscription, applications of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions and private persons. 

The Editorial Board does not charge the authors for the preparation, download and printing of materials. Accelerated publication of articles is not available.  

The Journal’s Editorial Board policy is based on modern legal requirements for copyright, supports the Code of Publication Ethics, formulated by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and is based on the Sarajevo Declaration on Integrity and Visibility of Scholarly Publications and the Declaration on the Ethical Principles of Scientific Publications, adopted by the Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers. The requirements of compliance with publication ethics in the preparation and publication of the Journal concern all participants of the editorial and publishing process — authors, editors, reviewers, members of the Editorial Board, Founder and Publisher.

The Editorial Board of the Journal is responsible for making a decision on publication, ensuring the validity of their decision by inviting the leading scientists of the National Research Mordovia State University to discuss the submitted articles and third-party specialists as reviewers, collaborating with relevant scientific societies as collective experts.

The decision to publish is based on originality, credibility, scientific significance and relevance of the work in question.
